How to Invest
Northcape specialises in managing concentrated, high-quality equity portfolios for clients. Our funds are available to institutional investors and can be accessed by either a separate mandate or by investing in one of our wholesale funds. For more information about our funds or about investing in a separate mandate please contact our Client Director.
If you are ready to invest in one of Northcape’s pooled wholesale funds follow the steps below. Direct investment in these pooled funds requires all investors to be classified as wholesale as defined by the Corporations Act.
Step 1
Read the information memorandum and any other additional information relating to the fund you intend to invest in.
Step 2
Complete the application form and, if applicable, the Tax Information Form.
Step 3
Send all completed forms to Northcape Capital, Level 24, 45 Clarence Street Sydney NSW 2000.
